By accessing this website, submitting a form, creating or using an approved portal account, applying to a LAUNEXT program or event, or engaging LAUNEXT for startup support, you agree to the terms that apply to your role and activity.
LAUNEXT is a Netherlands-based venture studio and startup support platform. Depending on the service, LAUNEXT may provide startup programs, product and business support, grant-related assistance, Demo Days, curated introductions to investors or strategic partners, and access to a private investor and partner portal.
LAUNEXT provides structured support and access to opportunities, but does not guarantee admission, grants, investment, partnerships, pilots, revenue, traction, visa outcomes or any other commercial result.
// 02 / STARTUPS
These terms apply when you submit a startup application, apply to a LAUNEXT program, request grant support, apply to pitch at a Demo Day, enter the LAUNEXT portfolio or receive introductions to investors or partners.
// 03 / PROGRAMS
LAUNEXT programs are practical execution programs. Each program may have its own duration, curriculum, deliverables, mentors, price and selection criteria shown on the relevant program page or in a written offer.
Program fees and payment timing are communicated before enrollment. A seat is confirmed only when any required payment and onboarding steps are completed. Cancellation, transfer or refund rights are governed by the specific offer, invoice or enrollment agreement for that cohort. Where no separate written rule is provided, contact LAUNEXT before payment to confirm the applicable cancellation terms.
Programs may use third-party tools for design, AI-assisted product building, hosting, analytics, backend services, communication or collaboration. Those services have their own terms, availability, pricing and data practices. LAUNEXT is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions or policy changes made by third-party providers.
Unless separately agreed in writing, each startup retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property and the product work it creates during a program. LAUNEXT retains ownership of its curriculum, templates, teaching materials, frameworks, branding and internal methods. Participants may use program materials for their own startup but may not resell, republish or reproduce the curriculum as a competing training product.
Participants should only share information they are comfortable disclosing in group sessions unless an NDA or other written confidentiality arrangement is in place. LAUNEXT may facilitate peer feedback, mentor review and demonstrations as part of the program. Sensitive technical or commercial material should be clearly identified before sharing.
// 04 / DEMO DAYS
LAUNEXT Demo Days are curated pitch and product-demo events. Applying to pitch does not guarantee a slot. LAUNEXT may assess startup stage, product readiness, pitch quality, evidence, fit with the event and relevance to the attending investor network.
The Orbital Showcase is intended for teams with a working MVP or comparable product progress and may feature outputs from LAUNEXT product-building programs such as The Formation.
// 05 / GRANTS
LAUNEXT may identify potential grant opportunities, assess apparent eligibility, support proposal development, organize application materials or assist with submission preparation. Grant eligibility and funding decisions are made by the relevant public authority, funding body or program administrator, not by LAUNEXT.
// 06 / INVESTMENT
LAUNEXT may evaluate startups, prepare them for investor conversations, provide visibility through the investor portal or Demo Days, and introduce selected teams to investors or strategic partners. Participation in a LAUNEXT program does not guarantee entry to the investor network.
// 07 / INVESTORS & PARTNERS
These terms apply to investors, funds, family offices, angel investors, corporate partners, facilitators and other approved professional users requesting access to the LAUNEXT investor and partner network.
Information on the portal or at a Demo Day may be supplied by startups and may include forecasts, assumptions, early metrics and forward-looking statements. LAUNEXT may curate and review opportunities, but does not warrant that startup information is complete, error-free or suitable for a specific investment decision. Investors and partners must conduct their own commercial, technical, legal, tax and financial due diligence.
Portal content, Demo Day presentations, startup profiles and LAUNEXT introductions are for discovery and evaluation purposes. They do not by themselves constitute an offer, recommendation, investment advice, solicitation or guarantee of securities, returns or transaction terms. Any investment must be negotiated directly through appropriate legal documentation between the relevant parties.
Invitations may be matched to investment stage or strategic interest. LAUNEXT does not guarantee a minimum number of startups, meetings or investable opportunities at any event. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and communications with founders.
// 08 / DATA
LAUNEXT processes personal and business information submitted through forms, applications, event registrations, investor access requests and the portal for purposes such as evaluating requests, administering programs, operating Demo Days, providing grant or investment support, maintaining security and communicating about relevant services.
// 09 / LEGAL
LAUNEXT aims to keep its website, forms and portal available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages and technical changes may temporarily affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAUNEXT is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website content, third-party tools, unsuccessful applications, rejected grants, failed fundraising, investor decisions, product decisions or business outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
LAUNEXT may update these terms when services, legal requirements or operating practices change. The updated date shown at the top of this page identifies the current website version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, portal or direct communication where appropriate.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdiction rules that apply.
